Supervisory Responsibilities:

 Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Bottle Service Excellence: Provide attentive bottle service to guests in designated areas, ensuring prompt and professional service delivery.
  • Guest Engagement: Interact warmly with guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate guests on our selection of premium bottles, cocktails, and offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to maintain a seamless flow of service.
  • Upselling and Promotion: Proactively suggest additional items and promotions to enhance guests' experience and increase sales.

  Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in bottle service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Personality: Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of related experience preferred.


 Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods standing.
  • Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds.
  • Must be legal drinking age or older.
